Terrian is a Marriage and Family Therapy-Associate with a Master's of Art in Marriage and Family Therapy. She uses a trauma-informed approach when working with individuals who seek to uncover their strengths and embrace their potential. As the eldest daughter in a family shaped by resilience and growth, she developed an early understanding of the complexities of human relationships and the profound impact of life’s challenges. Terrian witnessed firsthand how healing and self-empowerment can transform lives. Personal experiences inspired her journey to become a therapist and support others as they navigate their unique paths toward well-being. When she is not in session, Terrian enjoys concerts, cooking, spending time with friends, being the best plant mom she can be, and finding moments to appreciate the simple joys in life.
