In his free time, Seth enjoys art and drawing, watching movies, and playing video games.

Seth's approach to counseling is client-focused, believing that every person has the potential to heal and achieve their goals when empowered with the skills and resources they need. He uses elements of person-centered therapy, CBT, existential therapy, and expressive arts.
