Abby approaches therapy with a strength-based perspective, focusing on the unique qualities and abilities each person brings to the table, and incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into her practice by helping individuals embrace their thoughts and feelings, while also taking meaningful steps toward a life that aligns with their values and goals.

With experience in higher levels of care, including inpatient and residential settings, she brings a deep understanding of the complexities that can arise in difficult times and the importance of compassionate, personalized support.
